| Responsibilities: |
We are currently looking for a Nurse Manager to assist the Director of QHFP in providing leadership for the QueensCare Health and Faith Partnership by developing and supporting community health programs. The Nurse Manager is responsible for supervising the work of the Faith Community Nurses and Community Health Workers, and providing staff development. The Nurse Manager must be flexible and capable of assuming new duties as they arise.

| Requirements: |
•Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required. Master’s degree preferred.
•Current CA Licensed Registered Nurse
•Minimum 5 years of clinical experience. Public/community health nursing experience strongly preferred
•Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
•Good interpersonal skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Reliable transportation and automobile insurance
•Current CPR certification
•Must have good computer skills
